Account Manager
Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Managers to manage key accounts and optimize business operations in the Korean and Chinese luxury goods market. This role involves enhancing seller engagement, improving fulfillment processes, and identifying opportunities to grow sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Korean market, including trends, new product launches, and surplus inventory structures, to build long-term partnerships with sellers and drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Seller Management: Educate and support Korean or Chinese sellers in pricing strategies, order fulfillment processes, and overall platform navigation to enhance their trading experience.
- Business Growth: Identify and implement business opportunities, assess product potential, and develop key sellers into high-performing partners.
- Product & Market Analysis: Monitor and manage product listings for the Korean or Chinese market, staying up to date with trends, bestsellers, and inventory flows to strengthen supplier relationships and optimize transaction volume.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute in-platform promotional activities, curate product selections, and set campaign guidelines, while tracking performance and making data-driven optimizations.
- User Experience Optimization: Identify and resolve pain points in the cross-border import process to improve both seller and customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in brand management or e-commerce operations preferred.
- Fluent in English or Chinese, with strong business communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying and implementing business improvements.
- Deep understanding of Korean or Chinese fashion, luxury, and consumer trends (experience with Korean merchants or purchasing agents is a plus).
