Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth in the apparel market.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the apparel industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Performance: Lead the sales team in setting and achieving sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Industry Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing business development team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful team and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
