Key Account Manager (French)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven International Key Account Manager to oversee and expand our client's presence in France, alongside an English-speaking market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, collaborating with influencers, and driving sales growth. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop French market and an additional English-speaking region
- Build and nurture relationships with retailers, distributors, and key partners in the assigned region
- Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to strengthen brand presence
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic execution
- Travel for business meetings – initially several days per month, later every 2–3 months for 4–5 days
Required Skills and Expertise
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques
- Fluent in French (B2/C1 level) and English (B2 or higher)
- Proven ability to build personal relationships with clients, including flexible communication beyond standard working hours (e.g., via WhatsApp)
- Experience in tech, IoT, electronics, or startups (preferred)
- Dynamic, goal-oriented professional with a proactive sales mindset
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and action-driven—focused on achieving tangible results
- Open to constructive feedback and quick to learn from experience
- Strong strategic thinking and customer-focused decision-making
