Our company is seeking a motivated and capable Bulgarian-speaking Games Presenter Team Manager to lead our vibrant team in Belgrade or Bucharest. As a Games Presenter Team Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring a top-tier gaming experience, harnessing your leadership skills to maintain team motivation and operational excellence. Your role will focus on setting high standards, driving customer engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Core Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Manager and work closely with the Training and Development Lead
  
• Oversee the onboarding, coordination, and development of both new and existing team members
  
• Create and maintain a motivating team environment, setting clear goals aligned with company values and performance targets
  
• Ensure all operations comply with internal standards and external regulations, aiming to exceed expectations
  
• Act as a point of communication between teams and departments, maintaining clear and professional dialogue
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders while representing company culture

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in Bulgarian (C1) and English (B2) – strong written and spoken communication skills
  
• At least 2 years of experience in a related industry or team management role
  
• Proactive, supportive, and skilled at building rapport with team members
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and business interaction skills
  
• Willingness to work in a shift-based office environment (24/7)
  
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company growth and success
