Security Agent Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas, verify access, and enforce safety protocols at entry points
  
• Operate and manage surveillance systems to detect and prevent security risks
  
• Respond swiftly to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring effective evacuations if needed
  
• Supervise the operation of security technologies (CCTV, alarms, access control) and report technical issues
  
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain compliance with company security policies
  
• Implement proactive measures to ensure a secure environment
  
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance safety practices
  
• Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with industry security standards

Qualifications and Skills for Security Agents

• Fluent in English (C1) and Serbian - both written and spoken
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a security-related role
  
• Valid security certification or license required
  
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
  
• Experience operating CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
  
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident response
