Customer Support Representative with Croatian and Slovenian

Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers by resolving their queries or providing information about product features.

Managing customer orders efficiently and accurately.

Ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing to strong client retention.

Identifying, logging, confirming, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Actively suggesting improvements to enhance workflows and service quality.

Following established procedures and internal guidelines.

Maintaining and updating customer records and documenting interactions.
- Reporting recurring issues to the support team for further investigation or escalation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Native or fluent in Croatian and Slovenian (spoken and written), with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to manage tasks independently.
