Responsibilities
- Responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages to resolve customer inquiries or provide product information.

Managing and processing customer orders accurately.

Ensuring all customer complaints are properly identified, documented, acknowledged, and resolved efficiently.

Actively contributing ideas to improve operational processes and service quality.

Keeping customer records up to date and logging all activities accurately.

Qualifications and Skills
- Native or fluent proficiency in Croatian and Serbian (spoken and written), with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
