Customer Support Representative with Slovenian

Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound communication via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with their inquiries or provide detailed product information.

Managing customer orders efficiently and ensuring accuracy throughout the process.

Supporting customer retention efforts by delivering high-quality service and personalized support.

Identifying, logging, acknowledging, and effectively resolving customer complaints.

Actively suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Following internal procedures and compliance guidelines.

Maintaining accurate customer records and documenting interactions.
- Reporting frequently occurring issues to the support team for further analysis and escalation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Native or fluent in Slovenian (spoken and written), with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).

High school diploma or equivalent education required.

Strong customer service skills and a natural ability to build relationships.

Proactive, motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
