This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing strategic financial insights that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping activities across multiple entities
  
• Prepare management accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the group’s companies
  
• Handle tax calculations and prepare VAT returns
  
• Support the preparation of regulatory reports in compliance with CySEC and Central Bank guidelines
  
• Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, banking institutions, and tax advisors
  
• Oversee and execute the entire payroll process for the company

Skills and Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent English speaker (minimum C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable role
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
• Previous experience with SAP Business One is a plus
  
• ACA or ACCA qualification (or currently pursuing certification) is considered an asset
  
• Background in the Forex or financial services industry is advantageous
  
• Familiarity with CySEC compliance and reporting standards is beneficial
  
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and relevant employment legislation
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Experience working in a high-volume transactional environment
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace
