Join our team as an IT Network Engineer where you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement network infrastructure to provide scalable and robust connectivity in support of business strategies.
  
• Oversee the operational health of network systems by monitoring activity, configuring hardware, and resolving performance issues to ensure consistent uptime and efficiency.
  
• Install and support wireless networking solutions to deliver stable and high-performing wireless access.
  
• Apply industry-standard security protocols across all network environments.
  
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux platforms to configure and manage network services, monitor infrastructure performance, and apply security measures.
  
• Diagnose and resolve network incidents promptly to reduce downtime and maintain smooth operations.
  
• Enforce comprehensive network security practices, including the use of firewalls, VPNs, user access controls, and monitoring tools.
  
• Maintain full compliance with company policies and external regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in network administration or engineering, with hands-on work in managing high-performance enterprise network and wireless infrastructure.
  
• Strong command of configuring and maintaining network and wireless systems, with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and security.
  
• Competency in both Linux and Windows environments, particularly in managing system configurations and network services.
  
• Solid understanding of key networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, BGP, and OSPF.
  
• Practical experience with network diagnostics and monitoring tools, as well as knowledge of automation and scripting is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desirable.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
