Senior Account Manager

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to support the company’s strategic shift from a traditional channel sales model to a direct key account approach. Based in London, the successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and managing major B2B client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting the company’s unified communication solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.

Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio in the UK and surrounding regions.

Present and promote unified communication solutions—including IP phones and video conferencing systems—to senior decision-makers and C-level executives.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a seamless client experience and timely project delivery.

Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operations teams to meet client requirements and delivery timelines.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and strategic client meetings.
- Support and drive the transition to a direct sales model, targeting key enterprise accounts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the telecommunications or unified communications industry.

Demonstrated success in key account acquisition and management, with experience working with telecom operators, Fortune 500 companies, or state-owned enterprises.

Prior experience transitioning from channel sales to direct enterprise account development is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
