Location: Cracow/Warsaw 

 Responsibilities

• Develop and implement large-scale, multilingual sourcing plans to bring in potential candidates
  
• Actively seek out candidates through online job sites and social media platforms
  
• Build and sustain a pipeline of talent for priority positions and language-specific roles
  
• Carry out in-depth market analysis and research on competitors
  
• Monitor and present sourcing-related metrics to measure performance
  
• Handle and coordinate internal employee referral processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing for Sales-oriented roles
  
• Solid experience with different sourcing methods, including Boolean search and social recruiting
  
• Native-level or fluent English, both in speaking and writing
  
• Knowledge of Polish or another widely spoken European language is a plus
  
• Experience with Taleo or other similar applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  
• Background in a global work setting, especially within the BPO industry, is a strong advantage
  
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
