Technical Customer Support with German

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions across multiple channels such as phone, email, live chat, and messaging apps.

Respond to common questions, provide detailed product information, and offer initial technical support where needed.

Ensure all communication reflects the company’s tone of voice and adheres to established brand and service guidelines.

Forward more complex inquiries or issues to the appropriate internal teams or senior-level support.

Collaborate with technical personnel to effectively resolve customer service tickets.
- Maintain and organize your assigned support cases while following internal procedures, priorities, and team workflows.
Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications
- Proficiency in German at a native or fluent level (C2) in both spoken and written communication.
- Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).

Excellent communication skills across all digital and voice channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.

A basic understanding of customer service best practices and the ability to follow structured processes.

Ability to assist with technical issues and perform basic troubleshooting under guidance.
