Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join our team in providing exceptional support for a prominent retail client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is comfortable working overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries, ensuring a high-quality experience that reflects the standards of a well-known retail brand.

Accurately provide information and resolve issues using internal tools, resources, and established operational procedures.
- On occasion, recommend relevant products or services that align with the customer’s needs and preferences, contributing to customer satisfaction and potential sales growth.
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Fluent or native-level English (minimum C1), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset, though not mandatory.

Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.

Confident using computer systems and standard software applications.

Displays a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and openness to learning and adapting to new systems or procedures.
