We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join an expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior legal professional eager to develop their skills in a dynamic international business environment. You will play a key role in supporting legal operations and ensuring compliance across a diverse range of commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and support negotiation of legal agreements related to technology, including SaaS contracts, IP licenses, software supply agreements, and NDAs
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments across Latin America, particularly in emerging tech and compliance frameworks
• Assist in regulatory interactions and compliance matters related to facility setup, staffing, logistics, and licensing
• Contribute to the development of scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, policies, and workflows
• Maintain accurate records of internal and external policies, ensuring compliance with both global standards and Brazilian regulations

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Licensed to practice law in Brazil, with an active professional registration
• Strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and ethical standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and multicultural environment
• Able to manage legal tasks across international teams and jurisdictions
