Account Development Representative with Dutch or Swedish

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies aligned with current market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges.
- Engage potential clients via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn, leveraging the strength of our brand.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and key decision-maker segments.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of our products to prospective clients.
- Assess client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Continuously seek out new business prospects in the marketplace.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and the enterprise sales team.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (KPIs).
- Achieve defined sales targets and objectives.
- Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns, providing regular performance updates to internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Promote the company’s success stories to targeted industries and regions in an engaging manner.
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Fluent in Dutch or Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated with a genuine passion for sales and professional growth in the field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Technologically adept and comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
- 6–12 months of outbound business development or sales experience, ideally within SaaS.
- Strong aptitude for sales, with a customer-centric and solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO, and other sales technologies is preferred.
- Proven ability to self-source leads and independently build a sales pipeline.
