Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies for the Bulgarian market, ensuring alignment with global practices.
• Lead the establishment and ongoing management of the Live Casino studio, delivering projects on schedule.
• Manage daily operations to guarantee efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
• Partner with HR to design recruitment and retention initiatives tailored to local requirements.
• Enhance workflows, allocate resources efficiently, and drive performance improvements using data analysis.
• Ensure strict adherence to Bulgarian regulations, oversee risk management, and maintain all necessary legal documentation.
• Manage budgeting, vendor relationships, and facility operations to deliver services cost-effectively.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Bulgarian, with excellent communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in operations, preferably within the iGaming or entertainment sectors.
• Background in studio setup, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance in Bulgaria.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic, proactive, and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
