Job Responsibilities

• Design and manage civil infrastructure and site development projects across diverse sectors.
• Lead technical tasks and coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, reports, cost estimates, permit applications, and technical documentation.
• Oversee design work for utilities, stormwater management, roads, and site improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional development.
• Support business development efforts and help maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Civil Engineering Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience, preferably with public and private utilities, stormwater, roads, and site development projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Experience working with public agencies, permitting processes, and funding coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
