Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies for the LATAM region to boost brand recognition and attract new clients.
• Adapt and oversee global marketing campaigns for digital, offline, and event-based channels within the region.
• Develop and manage compelling social media content and advertisements in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Work closely with both global and local sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with local influencers, financial media outlets, and affiliate networks.
• Organize and lead the company’s presence at regional events, such as expos, seminars, and roadshows.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness, ROI, and customer insights of marketing campaigns.
• Guarantee that all marketing initiatives adhere to local regulations and uphold brand standards.

Essential Marketing Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in regional marketing, ideally within financial services, fintech, trading, or online brokerage sectors.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM consumer trends and the regional media environment.
• Native-level Spanish and strong English skills; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a multicultural setting.
