Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and assigned roles.
• Supervise the planning and execution of infrastructure or technical initiatives, guaranteeing smooth integration of systems and environments.
• Act as the main liaison, managing communication, tracking progress, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and foster ongoing improvement by sharing knowledge and insights gained.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Native-level or fluent English (C1), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in project management, preferably involving infrastructure, facilities, or physical space projects.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and simultaneous workstreams.
• Experience in fast-paced or technical industries such as media, events, or technology is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong skills in coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptionally organized, with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management platforms (such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Flexible and solution-focused, with a proactive and resilient mindset.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
