Overview
Our client, a global leader in telecommunications and fiber infrastructure, is expanding into the Canadian market and seeking a Chinese-speaking Account Director to lead business development and client acquisition across Canada. This is a key growth role focused on developing new partnerships and managing full project cycles in telecom and fiber.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and achieve sales targets in Canada
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from market analysis to payment collection
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Travel within Canada and occasionally internationally
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in telecom, fiber optics, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in telecom/fiber industry, ideally with exposure to Canadian or international markets
- Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong background in business development, account management, and project delivery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, collaborative, and open to travel
