Overview
Our client is a growing smart hardware company specializing in B2B electronic product design, R&D, supply chain, and wholesale. With a strong international focus, particularly in Europe and the U.S., the company reached 300M RMB in 2024 sales and is now establishing its first U.S. warehouse in Dallas. We are hiring a local Sales Manager to lead market expansion and warehouse coordination in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement U.S. sales strategies and pricing plans to drive growth
- Manage customer relationships across online/offline channels and ensure satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and optimize product offerings and service delivery
- Lead local marketing activities and brand-building initiatives
- Attend industry events to expand network and business opportunities
- Oversee local warehouse operations and coordinate with warehouse staff
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing U.S. sales team
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in the mobile phone parts or repair industry, ideally with experience in distribution or managing repair shops/chains
- Strong knowledge of U.S. mobile parts market trends and customer behaviors
- Proven team management and operational leadership experience
- Fluent in English for business communication
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, Texas
