Our client is a top Chinese manufacturer of mining equipment and wear-resistant parts, known for providing durable and cost-effective solutions for mineral processing operations worldwide. Product offerings include slurry pumps, hydrocyclones, flotation parts, rubber mill liners, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations across Chile and Latin America
• Manage production, logistics, and supply chain efficiency
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and support teams to achieve business goals
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Assist in expansion planning, strategy execution, and operational excellence
• Contribute to business development and regional growth initiatives

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Chinese-native, fluent in Spanish and English language proficiency is required
• Operational experience in Latin American factories or industrial companies (mining equipment industry preferred)
• Holding a U.S. visa or Chilean work visa is a strong advantage
