Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in Russian (C2 level), both spoken and written.
• Minimum English proficiency at B2 level.
• Ideally, possess legal eligibility to live and work in Serbia.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to sustain high energy during games that require lively and animated interaction.
• Flexible availability to work in shifts covering a 24/7 schedule.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, essential for a customer-facing role.
• Capable of thinking quickly, staying calm under pressure, and maintaining accuracy, discipline, and confidentiality.
