Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, refinement, and distribution of marketing materials and presentations
  
• Contribute to event, webinar, and campaign collateral development
  
• Coordinate mailings and manage logistics for marketing-related projects
  
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency
  
• Maintain and update client contact databases and distribution lists
  
• Provide administrative support, including call handling, correspondence drafting, and internal communication
  
• Help manage updates to the company website and social media platforms
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
  
• Familiarity with SEO best practices is advantageous
  
• Strong grasp of social media trends and content development
  
• Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills
  
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-energy setting
  
• A team-oriented mindset with initiative and a positive attitude
