Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound logistics, track international shipments, and ensure seamless communication between suppliers, installation teams, and internal stakeholders. This hands-on, high-impact role requires strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and problem-solving abilities to directly contribute to operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments, including container tracking and delivery scheduling.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment documentation, tracking details, and delivery confirmations.
• Support installation teams and project managers by ensuring on-time material deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast logistics needs based on project timelines.
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination; construction or architectural industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with international freight processes, customs documentation, and shipment tracking systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly communicative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $65,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience.
