About the Role

Alpha Hire is partnering with a dynamic boutique real estate law firm seeking a Junior Associate (2-4 years of experience) to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain hands-on transactional experience in a collaborative environment with direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions (retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use)
• Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and closing materials
• Conduct due diligence, including title/survey review, zoning analysis, and contract review
• Support senior attorneys in entity formation, joint ventures, and development deals
• Communicate directly with clients, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel
• Manage closing checklists, escrow instructions, and post-closing matters

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (law firm or in-house)
• Strong academic background (JD from an accredited law school; state bar admission)
• Exposure to leasing, acquisitions, financing, or development (experience in one or more areas preferred)
• Detail-oriented with excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing role
