Key Responsibilities

• Repair and replace all types of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, back glass, and sunroofs.
• Perform ADAS recalibration services to guarantee that advanced vehicle safety systems function properly after glass installation.
• Learn to cut and install laminated flat glass as required for specific jobs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by upholding high standards of quality and safety in every task.
• Operate tools and equipment safely, following company procedures and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate service records and track materials used for each job.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized while strictly adhering to company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in auto glass repair or replacement is preferred, but not required—comprehensive training is provided.
• Familiarity with ADAS recalibration is a strong advantage; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Comfortable using tools, adhesives, and safety equipment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
