Outbound Sales Representative with German
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively reach out to current clients to promote and sell new FinTech products
- Handle a large volume of calls (both cold and warm) and emails as part of daily outreach efforts
- Maintain and oversee a sales pipeline consisting of at least 200 active leads and/or up to 1,000 automated outreach prospects
- Report daily and weekly updates to the Operations Team Leader on pipeline health and sales achievements
- Predict weekly and monthly sales performance
- Conduct eCommerce market research and independently identify potential leads when necessary
- Accurately manage account details, enter data, and keep records well-organized
- Ensure consistent data accuracy and integrity
- Utilize a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach during all client interactions
- Assist clients in integrating new payment solutions into their websites
- Comply strictly with quality and regulatory standards at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent German speaker with strong English skills (minimum C1 level)
- Proven sales experience or background in a call center environment is required
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong results-driven attitude with responsibility for meeting targets
- Confident, personable communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using various computer applications
- Capable of working well within a team setting
- Must have a reliable remote workspace with a stable, high-speed internet connection
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
