Sales Development Representative with German
Position: Sales Development Representative
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary plus bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate interest in company solutions through outbound outreach and warm leads from marketing campaigns
- Become proficient in product knowledge to confidently handle objections, conduct demos, and guide potential clients through the sales process
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the German market
- Manage a personal sales pipeline, monitor activities, and keep CRM records up to date
- Work closely with sales teams across departments to align objectives and improve workflows
- Consistently meet or exceed daily sales KPIs and quota targets in a fast-moving environment
- Engage prospects using various channels, including phone, email, and online chat
- Communicate technical and business benefits clearly and persuasively
- Manage multiple simultaneous interactions professionally
- Assist with additional sales tasks as required
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or telesales roles
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent CRM and prospecting tools
- Strong understanding of business practices, organizational structures, and decision-making processes
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
- High level of adaptability, motivation, and willingness to grow within a sales role
- Ability to multitask across different platforms while maintaining CRM accuracy
- Keen interest in technology and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Proficient with Google Workspace (G Suite) and common business software
