Role overview:
We’re looking for motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join a fast-growing FinTech initiative with one of the world’s leading payment platforms. This is a chance to combine your passion for technology and sales in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to warm leads and convert them into long-term customers

Identify client needs and present tailored value propositions

Manage and track your pipeline through the full sales cycle

Deliver engaging product demos to potential clients

Hit sales KPIs and activation targets consistently
- Partner with internal teams to resolve client cases and ensure customer success
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in B2B sales, telesales, or tech sales

Proven ability to handle objections and close deals

Fluency in English (written & spoken)

Full eligibility to live and work in Ireland

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and ability to learn new platforms quickly

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Tech-savvy with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients
