Head of LATAM with Spanish (FX Industry)

We are seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial, and culturally adept Head of LATAM to join our international leadership team. In this strategic position, you will oversee expansion across Spanish-speaking markets, creating impact by formulating regional strategies, strengthening high-value partnerships, and leading high-performing teams. If you bring expertise in the FX and financial sectors, fluency in Spanish and English, and a proven record of commercial leadership, we want to connect with you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional business strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
- Lead the hiring, management, and performance oversight of regional sales and business development teams.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including affiliates, intermediaries, and institutional partners.
- Drive revenue growth and lead customer acquisition initiatives across assigned markets.
- Continuously analyze the market to identify trends, monitor competitors, and track regulatory changes, sharing insights with leadership.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and networking functions.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal company policies.
- Work collaboratively with Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to improve business workflows.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance, forecasts, and strategic progress to senior management.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in both Spanish and English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or senior management roles.
- Proven track record managing operations across international or multi-regional markets.
- Extensive professional network in relevant industries or regions.
- Additional languages, such as Portuguese, are a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned regions.
