In this important role, you will support business growth, client acquisition, and partnership initiatives in diverse Asian markets. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the business development team in identifying, onboarding, and supporting external partners such as affiliates and referral agents.
• Conduct market research to uncover potential leads and new business opportunities.
• Manage daily communications with partners, keeping them informed about relevant products, services, and company initiatives.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely support and ensure a seamless experience for partners.
• Participate in internal training programs and industry events as required.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), plus fluency in either Thai, Malay, or Korean; strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in business development, account management, or sales support, preferably in fast-paced or digital industries.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a commercial capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and consistent follow-through on tasks.
• Team player with aspirations for career advancement into more senior roles over time.
