Team Leader - Gaming Integrity, Fraud & Risk
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for a Gaming Integrity, Fraud & Risk Department to oversee daily operations, guide a high-performing team, and ensure best-in-class risk management practices. This is a leadership role where you will balance operational oversight with coaching, problem-solving, and real-time decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily team operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Oversee monitoring of transactions, behaviors, and activity patterns to detect fraud or risk indicators.
- Validate and analyze risk reports, ensuring actionable insights and accuracy.
- Manage escalations during shifts, supporting quick and effective decisions in complex cases.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster professional growth and high performance.
- Partner with management to improve workflows, tools, and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to performance evaluations and incentive programs.
Required Skills
- Native or fluent English (C1), excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 4-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or fraud prevention, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and operational risk practices.
- Proven leadership skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with sharp attention to detail.
- Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Proficiency with data analysis/visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with KPIs, performance management, and incentive structures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Word).
- Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization is a plus.
