Head of Casino Services
About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Casino Services to establish and lead the Serbian operations. This is a senior leadership role where you will shape company culture, ensure operational excellence, and position our Belgrade studio as one of the most attractive workplaces in the region. You’ll drive strategic initiatives, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure full compliance with local regulations, all while fostering collaboration across our global Live Casino network.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Serbian team, developing recruitment and retention strategies in partnership with HR.
- Adapt HR and operational processes to fit the cultural and legal framework of Serbia.
- Cultivate a positive, high-performance company culture.
- Position the Belgrade studio as a top workplace in the region.
- Develop and implement operational policies compliant with Serbian regulations.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, resource optimization, and smooth delivery.
- Strengthen collaboration with other Live Casino sites to align global operations.
- Manage staffing, facilities, and equipment to meet operational needs effectively.
- Continuously evaluate processes and implement workflow improvements.
- Report regularly to senior management with data-driven insights and performance updates.
- Design competitive employee benefits and compensation packages for the Serbian market.
- Identify risks and opportunities, proposing strategic improvements and business continuity plans.
- Oversee legal compliance, facilities management, logistics, and vendor/supplier relationships.
- Develop and monitor budgets, implementing cost-control measures when necessary.
Required Skills
- Fluent English (C1), strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Leadership or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) considered an advantage.
- 5-7+ years’ senior operations management experience, preferably in iGaming, casino, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Serbian regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operational management systems and data analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments while driving continuous improvement.
