Position: Games Presenter Team Manager (Portuguese Speaking)
Location: Bogota, Colombia (on-site)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide continuous guidance and support to team members to promote both their personal and professional development.
• Manage team operations in line with company policies, including tracking attendance and addressing any performance concerns.
• Encourage a collaborative workplace by promoting open communication and organizing regular team meetings.
• Identify learning needs for individuals and the team, collaborating with relevant departments to facilitate development.
• Support organizational objectives by contributing to effective training and development programs.
• Ensure consistent service delivery that aligns with company values, policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills, plus proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant position.
• Academic background in management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a related industry is advantageous.
• Skilled in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or equivalents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
