Position: FX Country Manager
Location: Remote within Korea

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and execute market strategies aligned with broader regional or organizational objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase client acquisition and expand partner networks.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team with clear performance goals and measurable KPIs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Compliance) to launch customized campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth, client activity, and partner engagement.
• Ensure CRM systems and reporting tools are accurately managed and up to date.
• Represent the company at local events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent (C1 level) English language skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
• 6–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Proven success working with partner networks or affiliates in regional or international contexts.
• Leadership experience managing small to medium commercial teams.
• Strong analytical, results-oriented approach focused on KPIs and performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
