Position: Senior Surveillance Controller

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee live operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Identify, report, and document any irregularities, suspicious activities, or operational problems promptly and accurately.
• Assist in investigations by collecting evidence, reviewing footage or data, and preparing comprehensive incident reports.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Risk, Compliance, and Operations to uphold business process integrity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, especially when handling complex or sensitive situations.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance surveillance techniques, operational workflows, and training programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in all tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent English proficiency (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in surveillance, monitoring, compliance, or a related area; leadership or senior-level experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operational risks, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and support colleagues effectively.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills focused on risk identification and mitigation.
• High attention to detail with the ability to rapidly detect anomalies in live or dynamic environments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a 24/7 operation.
• Strong professionalism, integrity, and sense of accountability.
• Proficient communication skills across departments.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with monitoring or surveillance software.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Background in process improvement, compliance, or security-related initiatives.
