Position: Audio Visual Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install and test new media and communication equipment and systems.
• Maintain and service equipment used for various media production and communication purposes.
• Set up and manage audio-visual links between different units.
• Troubleshoot and repair technical issues with equipment and systems.
• Minimize service interruptions by quickly finding and implementing alternative solutions.
• Prepare and operate equipment and transmission links for live events.
• Design and install custom audio-visual systems.
• Develop hardware and system designs.
• Adhere to and promote workplace health and safety standards.
• Follow instructions from stakeholders and team members accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other colleagues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology advances through networking and research.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C1) and proficient English (C1) with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to complete a fully paid 6-month training program in Romania and Serbia.
• Strong knowledge of photography fundamentals such as exposure, camera settings, and lenses.
• Experience with electronic engineering and communication equipment.
• Skilled in operating video cameras.
• Proficient in using video production switchers.
• Experience with live video compositing techniques like chroma keying.
• Comprehensive understanding of video signal transmission infrastructure.
• Adequate color vision and hearing capabilities.
• Advanced IT skills and project management experience.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management.
• Adaptability and flexibility in task handling.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
