About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Game Presenter & Shuffler to join us in Belgrade! As the face of the company, you will deliver an exceptional gaming experience, ensuring professionalism, energy, and top-tier customer interaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the company’s public representative by delivering expert knowledge and ensuring superior gaming quality.
• Uphold and promote the company brand by consistently following presentation and grooming standards.
• Present all games professionally, demonstrating outstanding presenting skills that meet company performance expectations.
• Engage and interact effectively with players.
• Maintain a high level of technical proficiency across all games, stay mindful of personal performance, and ensure alignment with company brand guidelines.
• Actively participate in the company’s continuous improvement initiatives aimed at supporting future growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Russian speaker (C1/C2) with strong written and oral skills; fluent in English (B1/B2).
• Outstanding presenting abilities.
• Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to maintain high energy during games, especially those requiring lively performances.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including a 24/7 service schedule.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills, essential for a customer-facing role.
• Quick thinking and composure under pressure while maintaining accuracy, discipline, and discretion.
