We are seeking a personable, organised, and solutions-oriented professional to join our Dublin team as a Concierge/Browser Onboarding Specialist with German. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will deliver personalised onboarding experiences and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guide customers through the successful onboarding and integration of enterprise software solutions across various industries.
• Serve as a technical contact point, helping customers with troubleshooting, onboarding, and resolving account or product-related issues.
• Record customer interactions, use cases, and solutions in CRM systems to enhance knowledge sharing and improve future support efficiency.
• Support major customer contracts by managing relationships, coordinating rollout schedules, and addressing product-related questions.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage ongoing engagement and identify opportunities for product growth.
• Address a wide range of customer inquiries by providing direct support or guiding them to the appropriate resources.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in German (C1), with strong verbal and written skills, plus good proficiency in English (at least B2).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer success, CRM, or support roles in SaaS environments, with proven success.
• Knowledge of enterprise software and secure corporate environments.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and technical support or customer engineering.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, particularly in SaaS product troubleshooting.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
