We are looking for a Polish-speaking Back Office Support Advisor to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. In this role, you will provide email-only support for a leading global gaming brand. You’ll help gamers with account, technical, and transaction-related issues, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via email (no calls).
• Investigate and resolve account, technical, or payment-related issues.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses in line with brand guidelines.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a high standard of service.
  

Requirements

• Native or C2-level Polish (written) and good English (B2).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise multiple cases.
• Interest in gaming and digital platforms is an advantage.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Thessaloniki.
