Property Sales Executive (Customer Service)

We are looking for a motivated Property Sales Executive to join our team in the Algarve. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, manage reservations, and support sales operations while representing the company with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails with efficiency and care.
- Manage property reservations, customer inquiries, and updates to bookings.
- Provide clear, timely updates on orders and services.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Represent the company through excellent service and communication.
Requirements
- Fluent/Native English (C1+), both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills by phone and email.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident with computers, booking systems, and digital tools.
- Flexibility to work both onsite and from home when needed.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or reservations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of golf or digital media is a plus, but not essential.
- Valid driving license and ability to commute reliably preferred.
