Client Services Officer (FX Industry)

Join our rapidly growing team as a Client Services Officer supporting clients in the fast-paced Foreign Exchange (FX) sector. In this client-facing position, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service, resolving queries, and supporting clients throughout their FX trading journey. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries across multiple channels, including live chat, email, and phone
- Act as the primary contact linking clients with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of issues
- Support clients with account verification and compliance procedures, providing accurate guidance on account management, product use, and platform features
- Diagnose and resolve client problems such as login issues, navigation challenges, or technical difficulties, offering guidance on available tools and resources
- Promote client retention by offering tailored support, reactivating inactive clients, and nurturing long-term relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English (C1) with strong written and spoken communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support, client services, or sales within a regulated industry
- Solid knowledge of financial products or related technical platforms is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Detail-focused with excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common workplace software
- Professional, self-driven, and a cooperative team player with a positive, proactive approach
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including public holidays, as needed
