We are seeking a Regional Marketing Operations Executive to support the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns across Kazakhstan and the surrounding region. This role requires a strong understanding of local market dynamics and the ability to adapt global strategies into effective, culturally relevant initiatives within the financial services and FX industry.

Key Responsibilities 

• Execute regional and local marketing strategies in line with global brand guidelines and compliance standards.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for local marketing agencies, ensuring the smooth and timely rollout of campaigns and activities.
  
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms, aligning with both brand identity and regional expectations.
  
• Localize marketing materials and content to maximize cultural relevance, engagement, and impact.
  
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, sponsorships, activations, and industry events.
  
• Track and monitor ongoing marketing initiatives, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to the regional team.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on messaging, campaign execution, and overall brand positioning.
  

Requirements 

• Native or fluent Kazakh speaker (C1 level) with strong English skills (minimum B2).
  
• Russian language skills are an advantage.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related discipline.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within financial services, fintech, or related industries.
  
• Proven ability to adapt international strategies to suit local markets.
  
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
