Key Account Manager (Benelux)
📍 Location: Sars-et-Rosières, France (frequent travel across Benelux; HQ meetings twice a year)
📝 Contract type: Permanent, full-time
We are looking for a Key Account Manager - Benelux to join the Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for negotiating with large and medium-sized retail chains (GSA/GSB) in line with the company’s commercial strategy, in order to achieve national objectives in terms of sales volume, presence, profitability, and market share.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a key account action plan aligned with company strengths and client needs.

Respond to tenders from major retail accounts.

Lead contract negotiations, maximizing volumes and margins.

Plan and oversee the implementation of services or projects (deadlines, quality control, follow-up).

Produce regular activity and progress reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts across the Benelux region.
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch and fluency in English; good command of French and/or German would be a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Commerce (Bac+5 preferred).

3-5 years of proven experience in a similar Key Account Manager role, ideally gained within GSA/GSB environments in the Benelux.

Strong track record in negotiation with purchasing centers.

Native or resident in the Netherlands or near the Belgian border.

Proficiency in business tools (ERP, MS Office, CRM platforms).

Excellent knowledge of commercial management principles, negotiation, and client relationship management.

Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to convince and unite stakeholders.
