Energy Efficiency Manager
📍 Location: Turin, Italy (occasional travel across Italy and abroad)

We are looking for an Energy Efficiency Manager to optimize energy consumption across test facilities and equipment in the automotive sector. You will play a key role in improving energy performance, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, and leading projects to implement sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct energy audits of automotive test facilities and equipment.

Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and propose technical and economic solutions.

Implement and monitor energy optimization projects.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on energy-related installations and equipment.

Supervise technical interventions to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with maintenance teams to integrate best practices in energy efficiency.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise energy improvement projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and performance goals.

Prepare technical reports and present results to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with energy, environmental, and safety regulations (including ISO 50001 certification).

Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends in energy efficiency.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve energy performance.

Raise awareness and train staff on best practices for energy savings, promoting a culture of energy efficiency within the company.
Requirements
- Native-level Italian and professional English (B2 or above).
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s in Energy/Energy Efficiency or related field is a plus).

Minimum 3 years of experience in energy efficiency project management.

Professional experience in the automotive sector, ideally with test equipment maintenance.

Strong knowledge of energy systems, technologies, and energy/environmental regulations.

Skilled in energy modeling and simulation tools.

Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and collaborate across teams.

Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
