Area Sales Manager with French (Eastern Europe & Asia)
Location: Poland (remote with frequent travel across Poland, Czech Republic and Asia)
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager fluent in French and English to develop and grow our client portfolio across Eastern Europe and Asia. Based remotely, you will regularly travel to meet clients and prospects, driving sales performance and enhancing our brand presence in these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

Prospect, negotiate, and close deals with new clients while managing existing accounts.

Actively identify opportunities for growth in Eastern Europe and Asia.

Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and client meetings.

Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality follow-up.

Provide regular reporting to the sales management team.
- Regular travel in Poland and Czech Republic.

At least 2 weeks per year in Asia (China).
Requirements
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher) is essential; fluency in Polish language is a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, ideally with additional commercial training.

Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in industrial companies, ideally in precision tools.

Fluency in English and French; Polish language is a plus.

Autonomous, adaptable, and motivated by international business development.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
