We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled Lighting Specialist to join our team, supporting creative and operational projects across various environments. In this pivotal role, you will design, specify, and oversee the implementation of innovative lighting solutions, ensuring optimal ambience, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, arrange, and install technical equipment based on project guidelines or supervisor directions.
• Assemble, position, and secure components such as fixtures, panels, cables, and support structures.
• Manage cabling and connections by labeling, coiling, and inspecting equipment conditions.
• Assist in modifying setups during rehearsals, tests, or live events.
• Identify basic technical problems and support their resolution.
• Help maintain and organize equipment and accessories.
• Follow safety standards and maintain clear team communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of technical systems related to lighting, audiovisual, or events.
• Hands-on experience with equipment assembly and disassembly, whether through education or work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow detailed instructions in high-pressure situations.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling equipment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of electricity, control systems, or measurement tools.
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as signal flow or system operations.
• Training or education in audiovisual technology, electronics, electricity, or similar fields.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
