Partner and Client Services Officer (with German & French)

We are looking for a Partner and Client Services Officer to strengthen our team dedicated to client retention and contract management. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our partners and clients, ensuring smooth handling of contracts and providing high-quality service with a focus on the German market. Depending on your language skills, you may also support other markets such as France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for partners and clients (e.g., brokers, asset managers, banks) throughout the contract lifecycle.

Handle inbound requests and inquiries related to ongoing cases.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners.

Manage contracts across all transactions (new business, buybacks, fund switches, etc.).

Work with internal and external funds.

Handle complex and non-standardized cases.

Collaborate closely with internal departments such as AML, KYC Office, Asset Controlling, Wealth Planning, Accounting, and Sales to ensure quality and timely processing.

Collect, identify, and proactively formulate client and partner needs, offering appropriate solutions.

Work with digital processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.

Actively participate in projects aligned with company strategy (e.g., process optimization, quality improvement, database analysis).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.

At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in customer retention and contract management within the financial or insurance sector.
- Native German speaker with fluent French and English (C1), knowledge of Dutch will be an asset.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
